With a high degree of adhesion strength, stable bonding, and the ability to resist high temperatures for a long period of time, M3464/M386H/M3H laminated together with aluminum or phenolic bar, or K-liner during epoxy varnish coating and curing process, and won’t come off during long baking period at high temperatures. What’s more, the excellent adhesive on strong paper substrate can be easily removed without leaving residue on capacitor lead pins. M335C is designed for a wide range of applications and is priced low while M3464 displays relatively lower adhesion but high initial tack and excellent peel characteristic, making it suitable for use on film capacitors demanding high temperatures over a long period of time during baking process. As for M386H and M3H, both items display high temperature resistance, strong fixing power, and can be applied on ceramic capacitors. M386H displays medium adhesion strength and is suitable for use in the pull process while M3H displays high adhesion and is suitable for use in the cut process. |

DT001(Cool Off) : Cool Off dicing tapes display a special property which when heated will bond with the object and loses its adhesive feature when cooled. When heated to 56~65℃ it will release an adhesive substance which can be applied to immobilize the chip undergoing cutting process. When it left to cool, it will lose its adhesiveness, allowing the cut-out chip to be taken out. Moreover, this can be used repeatedly.
DT021(warm Off) : Warm Off. This sticks on ehen cold, and unstuck when warm. It possesses good adhesive at room temperature, appropriate for fastening electronic chips to allow easy cutting ,and loses its adhesiveness once heat has been applied ,allowing chips cut out from a wafer to be retrieved with ease. The tape cannot be reused ,however.

These pressure-sensitive cover tapes are convenient to use, require only adequate pressure to seal, and work well with different types of carrier tapes (including PS, PC, and PPA-PET). Owing to their pressure-sensitive adhesive property, they can be repeatedly peeled off and sealed, very suitable for stuffing, replacing and inspecting procedures on various electronic components. T50DL is a non-laminated type PSA cover tapes and is just coated adhesive on its margin. Because without lamination,T50DL has excellent transparency and is convient to use.
